The idea for the creation of the device came about after our company had dealings with dishonest tenants who were constantly late on rent, abused the interior of our property, and finally used various legal loopholes to stall their eviction for several months.
We knew we had to do something to avoid this happening again. So we created The Rentonator. All you need to do is install our device at the beginning of your home’s electrical grid and you will gain remote control over the flow of electricity.
Having the technical capabilities to remotely control your property's power grid gives you the option to add it as a clause in your contract with the tenant in advance, which is what we've been successfully doing ever since the creation of our device.
Moreover, our device is installed after the electrical company panel, which means that you don't have to officially cut off the utilities from the electrical company. Your property still has power, you just tracelessly control your own property's internal power supply grid.
Get your rent on time or simply press the “Off” button on our remote control to cut off the property’s power supply. Your tenants will be in a hurry to either pay you or leave altogether.
Press the “On” button as soon as you're happy with the situation and are ready to restore the proper flow of electricity to your property.
